Welcome to our hair regrowth clinic in Malta. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Services

We offer non-surgical hair regrowth services including PRP Follicle Reactivation Therapy, Exosome Hair Scalp Complex, Scalp Imaging & Density Mapping, and the ScalpRx prescription protocol in collaboration with a licensed pharmacy.

Medical Consultation

Patients must undergo a medical consultation with Dr. Giovanni Scornavacca prior to receiving any hair regrowth service. This may include medical history review, scalp imaging, and physical examination.

Treatment Risks and Benefits

We provide full information on the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives to all proposed treatments. Patients must confirm they understand this information before proceeding.

Payment

Payment for hair regrowth services is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards.

Cancellation and Refunds

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Refunds for services are not provided, except as required by law.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, please seek immediate medical attention by calling local emergency services.

Patient Conduct

Patients must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during all clinic interactions.

Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all patient information, except as required by law or with the patient's explicit consent.

Liability

Our clinic is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the hair regrowth services provided, except as required by law.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to any patient for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, disruptive behaviour, or failure to follow clinic policies and procedures.

At Carisma Hair Clinic in Malta, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our patients' personal data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. Personal data is collected for the purpose of providing hair regrowth services, complying with legal obligations, and improving our services.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malta.
